When the idea of a “healthy coffee shop” concept first came into being, we knew that no matter what else was on the menu, we had to find the healthiest, cleanest, most delicious tasting milk alternative on the market to use in our coffees, hot drinks, and smoothies. We scoured high and low but were left disappointed that many were either HPP’d (high pressure processed), or contained additives, fillers, or stabilizers.
This clean and delicious milk is full of bio-available nutrients (all the nuts are pre-soaked), loaded with good fats and has up to 30% nuts whereas the average boxed nutmilk contains only about 2%!
after serving our housemade nutmilk in our cafes for a few years, we knew it was time to make this nutmilk something our customers can also consume at home. thus, we created barmilk.
this is luxurious nutmilk. made from five organic real food ingredients (100% organic almonds, cashews, coconut, maple syrup and sea salt), it's extremely nutritious (7g of protein, 16g of healthy fats and 1g of sugar), deliciously-decadent and like nothing else on the market. we freeze barmilk immediately after production, capturing all the vital nutrients and flavours at their peak. This ensures every sip bursts with freshness, flavour and nutrition without any gums, fillers or preservatives!
Just thaw, add 1/2 cup of water, stir or mix, and enjoy!
