Returns & Exchanges 

Once the courier safely delivers the parcel, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. Parcels delivered safely and stolen after are not eligible for reimbursement through our claims process. You will have to contact the courier for their claims process, which we will gladly assist you with. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned for a refund to be issued. If the product is damaged, a photo will be required. 

nutbar.co doesn't accept returns of the following items: 

  • barmilk 
  • opened products 
  • sale items 
  • gift cards

We guarantee we will not ship any products with less than 30 days remaining before the due date. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 48 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
